Custom Cherry Built-In Desk

In 2008 we completed our home office with a custom built cherry desk to dress the exposed brick wall. It was our first attempt at custom furniture/cabinetry woodworking and it turned out quite nicely. The collection of posts below outline our process in constructing and finishing the desk. We know there are plenty of things we'd do differently now if we had it to do all over again, but we absolutely love the way it turned out and love sitting at it while crafting plog posts.
